This site is designed to provide information on implementing and maintaining a system for processing credit and debit card transactions at Western.  You will find within the site:  what you need to know, your responsibilities, handling security and choosing the appropriate system. 

The acceptance of credit and debit cards as a method of payment continues to grow within Western’s campus community. In light of the importance of these transactions, Bank Card Policy (1.29), designed to cover all credit and debit card payment processing at Western, was approved at the Board of Governors meeting in June 2007.  Visit the Bank Card Policy and the Code of Procedures, linked at the top of this page, for more information.
